Roof and Wall Oversheet Systems
A build up of a standard roof oversheet system which can be used on a steel or asbestos roof and wall.
Support Bar and Bracket
The principal of the oversheet roof system is to minimise disruption and reduce cost. The first stage is installation of a bar and bracket system secured to the existing roof steelwork.
Insulation Quilt
In order to comply with building regulation and also to help reduce heating costs, a new insulation quilt is laid over the existing roof, this to current termal requirements.
Steel Sheet
The final stage of the process is the installation of the new sheet. This is secured to the new bar and bracket system using self tapping screws. A 25year guarantee is usually supplied by the manufacturer of the sheet.
